abstract (psychopomp)

abstract by hozier encapsulates emotions that i cannot begin to describe, but feel very deeply and am haunted by. this zines is a deeply personal piece reflecting on the last 2 years of my life, of feeling a sense of self almost completely distorted, of unimaginable grief, but also of love, of beauty, and of gratitude. i tried to do te song justice. the lyrics are out of order on purpose, to convey the chaos of trying to make sense of things when life moves quickly and violently. credits to the creators of the electric zine maker for the tools used in assembling this work!
